THE TEXAN WHO LIVED
THE TEXAN WHO LIVED

Part producer. Part creative director. And one part civil servant, Alex has spent his life working with organizations to create change in the community and marketplace. With over a decade of experience working with non-profits, city governments, and corporations on their marketing strategies and engagement initiatives, Alex has developed an obsessive passion for bringing people together for a cause.

His career has afforded him some incredible experiences along the way as well: helping Lenny Kravitz navigate his tour bus on black ice to a Super Bowl gig, watching a $100,000 firework show blow from a lawn chair 30 feet away, chatting with Jay Leno about mobsters in standup clubs, facilitating the installation of the first murals in the Downtown Plano Arts District, or watching a family fighting cancer find healing through music in a benefit concert produced for them.

A native Texan, Alex believes chili should NEVER have beans it, and his last meal on this earth would be a heaping plate of meat candy (BBQ) from Lockhart, TX followed by one last float down the Guadalupe River at sunset. He’s an incredibly blessed guy with his overly patient wife, Jenny, and their three children Grace, Evie and Luke. Together, they love to cook, hike, check out festivals, and work in the garden where you can learn every life lesson.

The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.
